(4) 6 oz. tuna steaks
1 fresh orange
1 tsp. fresh parsley, finely minced
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
Non-fat cooking spray
1. Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
2. Peel and slice the orange into 1/4 –inch thick slices.
3. Place the tuna in the grill and sprinkle the parsley, salt and pepper over each steak.
4. Cover wit the orange slices.
5. Grill for 6-8 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
6. Discard the grilled orange slices and serve
